We really enjoyed our stay at the Ohla hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern, bed comfortable and it had all the facilities that you would expect of a hotel of this kind. My only gripe is that the toilet is hidden behind a door and while this gives privacy - there is no ventilation or air flow - so it's not great. However, besides that - the hotel was perfect for us. Location is fantastic - Gothic and Born neighbourhoods on the doorstep - heaps of restaurants, bars etc. We had breakfast in the hotel each morning and it was excellent. The pool was a welcome relief as it was very hot when we stayed in Barcelona. The view from the pool and rooftop bar was stunning. We would definitely stay here again - it was fantastic!

We stayed in a VIP Access hotel and on the first day my wife's hair was sucked into their hair dryer so we had to cut her hair in half so it could be released. Management saw the scenario and admitted it was a faulty dryer and they replaced it and provided us with a bottle of wine which they took the day after. I'll share the pictures from all the hair on social media so people can be warned about the personal injury you can receive in this place

I stayed for 3 night and 4 days for my first time visiting Barcelona and I choose this Hotel with 5 start. I did not have a 5 start experience overall, My bed mattress was hard as a rock, the shower of the room will spill water outside of the shower and ppl were not very friendly with tourist.

AN AMAZING HOTEL IN THE HEART OF BARCELONA
The hotel is magnificent. We really enjoyed staying there. It's a modern facility with excellent service. The hotel is clean with modern amenities. The staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and professional. Free water, champaign, lemonade, and chocolates are at the front desk 24/7. Our stay could not have been better. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located and very close to many shops, restaurants, and other places. We highly recommend Ohla Barcelona Hotel.

Truly wonderful staff, excellent service (can’t say enough about how welcoming, helpful and kind they were). Great central location in gothic quarter, beautiful small rooftop pool with amazing views of the city. Neighborhood is loud in the evening (hotel gave earplugs when requested). Overall a great stay
Overall a very nice stay. The staff was great. I wouldn’t call this a 5 star luxury hotel. The rooms feel sterile and there is nothing special about them. The rooftop is nice but difficult to spend time at because there are no loungers, only chairs. They also allow the public up around 6 and close the pool. The breakfast was impressive, a lot of options and very good. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Overall a very good experience.

Hotel Ohla Barcelona is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in 40 years of traveling. The staff and hotel are simply amazing combined with the perfect location in Barcelona. The hotel is in a convenient neighborhood for exploring the Gothic quarter and other interesting neighborhoods in Barcelona. We really appreciated the staff on the two occasions that we stayed at the hotel. They are very friendly, generous with their time and helpful in many ways - providing information about restaurants, sights to visit, transportation and more. The entire staff seemed to demonstrate these qualities and made our stays there easy and enjoyable. We definitely would recommend the hotel for tourists visiting Barcelona and thank the staff for making our visit so pleasant.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel was amazing. You cannot fault the staff at all. We were made to feel really special from the minute we arrived to leaving. The location is ideal, within walking distance from all tourist sites and the beach. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay; I’ll definitely be returning.
