Last minute cancellation of my reservation
My reservation, made several months ago, was cancelled three days before arriving in Asheville. No reason was given except that they sometimes had to do this unexpectedly. I received a very nice accommodation replacement from Expedia, with whom I had made the reservation at no extra charge, so it worked out well.

Convenient Downtown Property
We always stay here when coming to Asheville. Older building but very well maintained. Friendly staff always at your disposal. Minutes away from food and shopping. Only issue was minor...they have instituted required valet parking since our last visit @ $25 per night. The parking lot access is tight but manageable for most drivers.

Stay was great and Location was Convenient and not far from downtown. They only thing that I Didnt really like is how you are forced to use and pay for valet service rather you want to or not. I wouldve like to have that option to use valet but other than that everything was great. Guy at the bar was awesome an very informative.
