O Resort é lindo, enorme, as pessoas da recepção foram todas simpáticas. Os funcionários de uma forma geral também! Nesse sentido fomos bem atendidos. O café da manhã muito bem servido. Nada a reclamar das refeições! Destaque para o jantar no Inevitável! Maravilhoso! O pianista no lobby deu um toque especial de noite! A equipe de animação muito legal também! Todavia tivemos alguns inconvenientes na nossa estadia.. primeiro o quadro elétrico do quarto estava fazendo muito barulho percebemos por volta de 21:30 abrimos chamados ligamos duas vezes e não veio ninguém.. dormimos com o som do barulho em vez do mar que era o que queríamos pois ficamos em um quarto de frente.. No dia seguinte chamamos e vieram atender foi resolvido em 5 minutos, ou seja, se tivessem atendido na primeira noite não teríamos esse inconveniente e nem faria aqui esse comentário… tivemos que chamar mais uma vez depois pelo mesmo problema que foi solucionado. Fui picada por uma abelha na piscina, até aí pode acontecer em qualquer lugar, fui no centro de enfermagem deles, que passaram uma pomada no local e como estava inchando meu braço indicaram tomar um antialérgico, falei que tudo bem que tomaria o remédio e para minha surpresa me deram o telefone de uma farmácia para eu pedir o remédio. Fiquei bastante preocupada com essa situação é um local precário, a cidade não tem nada e eles não tem um antialérgico para uma emergência ali? Precisam rever essa política… De uma forma geral indico o resort!

Sucos sem sabor em especial o de laranja, não tinha bebidas importadas, os petiscos eram sempre os mesmos e não saborosos, no almoço e jantar só salvava o macarrão feito na hora as demais opções não eram as melhores, as carnes não eram macias e gostosas.

A estrutura geral do resort é bem cuidada, boa e bonita. Minha estadia foi boa, mas o resort deixou a desejar: chuveiro e pia do banheiro do casal estavam entupidos, chamei no terceiro dia e mandaram um bombeiro que consertou. O banheiro da sala da suíte vaza água de banho por debaixo do box, bombeiro não consertou. A televisão do quarto de casal só pega 4 canais, solicitei um técnico para reparar por 2 vezes e não enviaram. O restaurante principal onde é servido o self service é muito quente, ventilação insuficiente e sem ar condicionado. As portas deste salão não ficam todas abertas o que dificulta o acesso. Os toaletes são fora do salão, longe e para acessar alguns ainda tem que sair no tempo… A comida do resort é farta e diversificada, porém pouco temperada, muitas vezes sem sal. Os talheres ficam em cima da mesa sem forro e há restrição de guardanapos nas mesas, somente um por pessoa. Espero ter contribuído para a melhoria…
