Uma decepção total!
Decepção total, começando pelos funcionários, o porteiro era mau educado e se vestia como um hóspede, pousada era lotado de parentes da proprietária no final de semana! Tirando a privacidade de quem paga pela estadia ,não tem estacionamento e eles falam para colocar o carro numa rua deserta cheia de lixo! Quarto sem tomadas, e muito escuros,som alto os finais de semana,eu e minha esposa nao dormimos nada sexta e sabado pelo barulho na piscina que foi ate quase 2 da manha,resumo nao vale nunca o valor que pagamos pelas diárias ,paguei 330 na diaria ,e nao tive sossego ,nao tive privacidade e nem tive suporte da pousada! La parece mais uma casa da familia e os hóspedes parecem que estão de favor! Absurdo e decepção resumem nossa estadia! Não remendo! Péssimos!

A pousada é simples, sem estacionamento, porém bem limpa. A localização é distante do centrinho. O quarto nao tem espelho nem cadeira para, a iluminação um pouco fraca. Café ok. Na minha estadia escorreguei no deck da piscina e por pouco não arrebentei a cabeça. Os hóspedes me ajudaram a levantar mas nenhum funcionário veio até a mim. Pela manhã falei do ocorrido com a proprietária e salientei q o podia ser sabão no chão p eu ter caído. Mas a mesma disse que não poderia andar descalça que escorrega. Falei q se o piso é assim deveria colocar placas de aviso que por pouco não havia ocorrido uma tragedia. Para meu espanto a mesma nem perguntou se eu estava melhor ou precisando de alguma coisa

Eu já tinha ficado na San Mar um tempo atrás e foi fantástico café da manhã maravilhoso e o serviço do bar da piscina perfeito com drinks maravilhosos, e essa nova experiência não foi tão boa wifi não está funcionando, café da manhã muito simples e o bar da piscina não estava funcionando.

Gostamos muito da pousada, porém sentimos falta de uma recepção acolhedora, chegamos na sexta depois das 23 da noite e o moço que tava lá abriu pra gente e não perguntou nem nosso nome, ele tinha acabado de acordar ( acho que foi por isso) mas no outro dia ele tava simpático e prestativo… quando chegamos disse que a recepção já estava fechada então só no outro dia se precisasse de algo, mas o que eu e meu namorado ficamos surpresos foi de nos dois dias que chegamos não pediram nossos nomes, documentos… NADA mas fora isso foi excelente… vocês não irão se arrepender. O café da manhã é excelente, as meninas da cozinha são maravilhosas e a piscina… nossa, que piscina maravilhosa. A água uma delícia! No geral, gostamos bastante! Só sentimentos falta mesmo de uma recepção legal no momento que chegássemos e até depois mesmo
