The property was OK. The temperatures were frigid during our stay. Understandably, the thermostats have a maximum heat of 72 degrees. Unfortunately, with the extreme temperatures, 72 wasn't cutting it. The bedrooms were chilly, so we moved the heater to the third floor to sleep more comfortably. There weren't any home instructions available, and we were told after the fact when the owner entered the home twice (without a heads up) that the extra heater in the living room wasn't supposed to be moved to the bedrooms but needed to stay in the living room to help mitigate the cold temperatures. The home is up a pretty steep set of stairs, and the bedroom floor is up a second steep set of stairs. My 6-year-old ended up staying with our family in the area because the bathroom wasn't on the top floor, and the steps were too steep for her to get down in the middle of the night. The home is a top floor Ā¼ duplex. The area is pretty industrial, but overall, the location wasn't an issue for us.
