I will never stay at this hotel again. The comforter smelled dirty and there was what looked like blood spots on the sheets. The spots were not old stains either. When I told the front desk they said because I booked through Travelocity a third party there was nothing that they could do. Totally unacceptable.

The bathtub was extremely slipppery!!! There was no rubber mat on the floor. My husband nearly fell while taking a shower. I couldn’t get myself out of the tub after a bath. My husband had to come and pull/lift me out with great difficulty. Someone will fall and injure himself one of these days and the hotel will be facing a lawsuit. They need to fix this dangerous situation !

Usually I don’t take time to write reviews but it’s important others know this about this hotel. Overall a 6/10. Suggest you book elsewhere if you can. Outside was nice, properly cared for. Quiet area and there are restaurants locally to eat at, walking distance. I was there mid week and based upon parking lot seemed like a busy place. When I walked into my room there was a light damp/musty smell. The room was renovated except the bathroom floor, older style tiles and you could see dirt building up over time. Was mold/mildew at the corners where the tub meets the floor. Bathroom wall had stains. Hinges/metal hardware had some rust and corrosion. Bed was not comfy, like the mattress was past its life. Bathroom fan always ran and AC unit was quite loud. Could be some rooms not like this as other reviews are great it seems. I didn’t bother mentioning this to the Manager as I didn’t want conflict and I figured at the time other rooms just like this one. Hotel breakfast was okay, sausages didn’t taste good at all, either poor quality or not cooked enough. Coffee they had was pretty good. I paid $250 ish for my room but I felt it wasn’t worth it.

It was what it was - a Holiday Inn… Mediocre. Bathroom was sooooo small the door touched the toilet when open but it was clean. There was some very dirty and melted looking sheers on the window I did not want to touch.

Awesome Staff
The hotel itself had a few issues that influenced my review. 1) location; very busy noisy, 2) lack of parking space/uneven ground of lot - I was riding my motorcycle, and 3) the age of the building was showing everywhere. My little fridge was on its last leg, bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned before hand. I had an expensive King Suite. It was much too expensive for the room. The breakfast was decent. The coffee was tasty, but the staff made the stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond. They were surely the best part.
