The bathroom was very bad, it was swollen everywhere, they taped some places, that bathroom needs a repairman, the room was fine, there was no toilet paper, the towels I brought from the car are very old, I think someone should inspect them.

Speedy and easy check in & out. For this stay when I arrived in the room there were 0 towels in the bathroom. I called the front desk to inquire and they said I could come to the lobby to pick some up. When I did, I was not given wash cloths and was told they didn't have any.

First room we got was not cleaned at all, food was left in drawers, dirty cloths on shelf and the toilet still had leftovers from previous people. They gave us a new room to which there was hair and other substances all over shower wall. I waited till I got home to have a shower. There was no food left when we went for the continental breakfast and had to wait too long for it to be refilled.

Overall our stay was good. The hotel has had a nice face lift. The pool need to be updated and the water marks and track that have turned black require to need attention. Also the dirty laundry should not be kept in the hallway as well. There a free breakfast, if you like watery scrambled eggs… but they also have bagels so I stuck with that. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom needs a new face lift as it’s very old and it shows. But the price is right for a one night stay, and located right off the 400.

I wish the staff would be keen on their customer care, at breakfast time by 9am there was no eggs, sausages n the rest of important stuff. No Styrofoam cups to make coffee/ tea. The reception area was empty with no staff to ask for help. Why include breakfast if the hotel can't manage the number of customers and food to be provided? They can as well offer bed only. The dining area, is too tiny to cater for most of people lodging as much as not everyone comes for breakfast at the same time.

This place needs some MAJOR upgrades... The bathrooms are disgusting, carpets in the hallway have stains, someone yelled at me over the intercom to close a door WHILE I was struggling to bring my belongings into the building. The guy ahead of me at checkout was also complaining about the state of his room (dirty, mold in areas of the washroom) and the front desk attendant didn't seem to care. I won't be staying here again.

Well located for our needs. Room floor not overly clean, especially corner behind entrance door. Lacking at least 2 chairs. Needed a couple of glasses in bathroom. Breakfast well done with good choices. Room is "tired" but otherwise suitable.

The place was has had some updates to it to bring it forward. The rooms were ok. Comfy, clean, etc. However I was staying close to where the pool is and can tell that there was a leak somewhere in the wall and carpets were stained and a bit of a moldy smell. Parking was tough on site as there was a large group of repair trucks. Overall the place is ok. Good for a quick stop.

The bathtub drain was blocked and water and hair came up when water was turned on so my mother or i couldn’t shower. The air conditioner compressor was vibrating so much because its an old unit and the noice was unbearable so we had to shut it off. So we had no air. When we went downstairs for breakfast they had no hot food because they ran out apparently the students had eaten it all.

the receptionist are rude!were trying to check in 1hour early coz we have a toddler and we ask nicely but she let us wait until almost 3pm and tell us that room is not ready yet.but when we told her we are going to cancel and go to another hotel she said there’s room is Available..then when we are going to eat breakfast the next day she is looking at us like we are doing something..we feel so emabarassed.thats the first time happened to us!

My room was directly beside the entrance to the 2nd floor, very loud slamming of door starting at 5 am. Very noisy. Breakfast was minimal, needed more staff doing refill of food and clean up because of course some travellers are pigs and can’t pick up after themselves…
