Nice hotel
The hotel was nice, check in was easy. There was an unpleasant odor in the hotel and our room. Also, there was a dirty pair of socks in our room. Recommend a hood cleaning of the A/C vents. Those two issues aside the hotel was nice.

Wonderful Hotel
This hotel was wonderful! The hotel was very clean with no evidence of bed bugs. The employees were wonderful. When I checked in, I was upgraded to an executive suite at no additional charge to me. Hot breakfast every day. I would definitely stay here again!

John at the front desk was courteous and professional. He was very helpful when I had questions. I know dark carpet, hides dirt, and coffee stains - I was not a fan of the carpet in the hotel, because of the color, I could not tell if it was clean. My room was musty smelling. Probably from the constant use of the AC. My bathroom, and sleeping area were clean. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable. Additionally the mattress cover was not the type that zips closed. I prefer mattress covers that are sealed. Maybe during your next renovation vinyl plank flooring ( easy to clean) or a lighter colored carpet in the guest rooms should be considered. For the cost of the room I was not that impressed with the furnishings. The corner chair was a dark purple color upholstery- I did not sit in or place any of my belongings on it because I could not see if it was clean. The room was fine for an overnight stay.

Stayed two night's with family. Bed was uncomfortable. I literally sank into half the bed. Bathroom had mold on the door and ceiling. Room smelt like mildew. Swimming pool had a pair of glasses left inside and broken toys. Not a terrible hotel. Definitely needs a little TLC.

This is a well run hotel. The people at the front desk and the breakfast bar have been there for a long time. (I seldom see the cleaning crew.) They take pride in being good at the hospitality business. They are always courteous and work to make sure you are happy to be there. I think I have been there 5 times over several years.
