Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. While the property itself is in a quiet area and conveniently located, my room had several issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, the cleanliness was not up to our expectationsāthere were crumbs in the kitchen, and the toilet had a strong smell of urine, which was unpleasant. The electric fireplace, which should have been a cozy addition, was finicky and kept shutting off on its own, and it was incredibly loud when it was on. This was the only way to heat the unit and we woke up each night freezing.
Additionally, the room layout was very cramped. If you tried to use both the pull-out couch and the bed at the same time, there was no room to walk between them, which made it feel even more confined. Iāve had good experiences here in the past, but this stay didn't meet the standard I was hoping for. Given the issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and room setup, Iām not sure I would recommend staying here again unless improvements are made.
