In the elegant dining area, there is room for all while the kids swing their feet from the bar seating, or take your meals outside to the deck for an al-fresco meal on hot summer evenings. Bedroom locked on arrival - property manager not helpful at all.
On arrival the master bedroom was locked and not accessible for our party of 9. We made many calls and texts to the property manager, with no service at all. We were on our own. I would not book with this property manager again.

My family and I have been coming to NH for 7 years now for our annual ski trip! We decided to try this place out and we loved it! Super close to the mountain and everything we needed. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was perfect! We would definitely love to stay here again!

This was a large , tastefully decorated home with sleeping for 10. There was ample space for all of us to be together(which was helpful because it rained!), and lots of space to separate out as well. Fully stocked kitchen.

Wonderful gathering of 4 generations
This home accommodated us perfectly, from young adults to my 91 year old mother. Plenty of room to gather as well as private space when needed. Very clean and well equipped. Fire pit and hot tub a plus. Private, quiet and close to many area activities…greatly enjoyed hiking/biking, water holes, beautiful mountains, and to the top on the Cog. Felt at home as soon as we arrived. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you for sharing your home.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the property. We liked the hot tub, playing Corn Hole and sitting by the fire. We relaxed often as well took in a hike, North Conway and the sites. Unfortunately, there were lots of bugs in the house upon our arrival, as if the people before us left the doors open. Also, the previous guests never cleaned the grill nor the grill utensils. We had trouble getting the code for the garage to put the garbage away and it took three days and three text messages to finally get that the day before we left.

Loved the house and the amenities. Hot tub was a huge hit with everyone. Also, loved the large outdoor dining table. Weather and location was perfect. Only issue was the floors could have been vacuumed better and we had issues contacting the property manager on two different occasions.

Great getaway
Thank you for letting us use your amazing home! We were 3 adults and 5 kids and your home provided more than enough space for us. We were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us to explore the trails and rivers during the day. The fireplace and hot tub were the perfect places to relax in the evening and the kids had the whole lower level/tv/game room to themselves. We had an amazing time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect long weekend getaway!
This house doesn’t disappoint! Spacious, yet very cozy. We enjoyed sitting by the fire after a day of hiking. The view of the mountains while in the outside hot tub was incredible. I would recommend this house any time of year. So much to do just minutes away!

Thanksgiving week 2020
We loved everything about this house! It allowed us to gather as a family after a weekend funeral and just relax and enjoy each other's company. Having bedrooms on three separate floors is awesome--gives everyone a place to get away at night. The main floor's living area was a great place to congregate, as was the large dining area table and the downstairs play room/sitting area. A few of us went in the jacuzzi, as it was raining and cold outside--very enjoyable. Thanks for your hospitality! Wonderful home and would be great for anyone considering a vacation get-away in the greater North Conway area!

Summer getaway
My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was nice in pictures but even more beautiful in person. We where a group of 8 and we all had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a plus during the cooler nights. We definitely look forward to renting this property again in the future!

Perfect house for a large group
Rented the house for a weekend away with friends and it was the perfect spot, especially with the current COVID situation turning it into a weekend primarily around the house. The house itself is in great shape with multiple living areas, a large kitchen and tons of beds. The deck is massive with a hot tub and there is plenty of yard space with the biggest fire pit I've ever seen. Though I went in the summer I'd imagine this would be an even better spot for a ski weekend in the winter given its proximity to Attitash.
