Terrible airport hotel
Terrible signage in airport so took an hour to find it. Hated the weird lack of bathroom with the shower and toilet being in glass cylinders in main room. Airport hotels are usually for 1 night for tired travellers and should be simple and familiar. This was complex and unfamiliar. Would never stay again.

All around a great property minutes walk from AMS
Great stay. Love the modern aspects of the room. Quiet and efficient layout. Found the shower needing some maintenance attention and the floors needing a good scrubbing which was the reason for my rating.

So clean. Staff is excellent, they were super helpful & courteous. Room was perfect size. Restaurant service & food were great. Conveniently located. Close was able to walk from Airport, had great signs for directions to guide us. Yes definitely I would stay here again.

This is our second stay at a Citizen M hotel and they are our #1 choice for "airport property" hotels. If you're arriving late and flying out early with no time to visit any of the city, they are perfect hotels. Walking distance (= no taxi or Uber), clean, great bar, good food, and while the rooms are tiny, if all you need is a clean, SUPER COMFY bed for 2 and a clean bathroom, this is all you need. Love the room technology too with mood lighting and electronic blinds--all controlled from an iPad. If you're staying longer than one night, it's too small, but an overnight is a great place, great rate and perfect location. Our "go to"!
