Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back to Basel for a longer visit in the future.

Great visit in Basel.
Hotel was perfectly located,clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A few hooks in the bathroom and a few open shelves in the living space would be large improvements.

The old town of Basel was right behind the hotel. Easy to walk around and the hotel also gives you a free 24 hour transit pass. We walked 20 minutes to get to the river and took a tram back. We booked a standard room which was very nice and a good size. Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for a kettle and one was quickly provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The only few items that this hotel needs to improve on is the pillows, the sink needs a stop for hand washing small items which is needed when travelling, and at least 10 hangers for two people.
