Lovely house good location
This warm welcoming house was tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and sofas with ample space, milk tea and coffee were appreciated and with Asda just a 10minute walk away very handy to stock up with what we needed for our stay. A few minutes walk to bus stop gives easy access to town centre and rail station if you want a break from driving. Festival place shopping mall was lovely for a wander round with good selection of shops. Would definitely use again if wanted to return to the area as we didn’t get to milestones living museum but that sounded really interesting

Disappointing stay
The beds were comfortable. The home was well- furnished. The kitchen had most items we needed, but we could have had a tea towel and a plug or bowl in the sink for washing dishes. Our mail problem was lack of hot water as there was a problem with the boiler. I left messages on the phone number I was given, but it took two days to get the hot water restored. On our third day of four I noticed a leak on the floor of the main bedroom. I reported it, but got no reply until I sent a second notification. By the time we left the floor, carpet and rug were soaked under the window. I was told the engineer was coming the following day. There were good things about the house, but the frustrations spoiled it for us.
