The villa can accommodate 6 adults + 2 children on sofa bed (160*200) on 400m2 living area with terraces as well as 400m2 well-kept garden with 70m2 lawn. Here you will absolutely enjoy beautiful Dalmatian landscape close to the nature park of Biokovo, serenity, heated infinity pool, relaxing whirlpool and panoramic outdoor sauna with stunning view, entertainment room with billiards, darts, home cinema, gym corner, high quality modern interior design and maximum comfort. The closest beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and many water sport activities are in famous tourist destination Baška Voda, only 2,5 kilometres away. With its hillside location villa is an excellent choice for active visitors and nature lovers and is very well connected to the hiking and biking trails. Jogging, Hiking and Biking are directly from the house possible. For feel-good vibes the guests in our villa have available indoor treadmill, fitness equipment, nordic walking sticks, outdoor ping pong table, 2 electro bikes with an extra charge as well as entertainment room for complete enjoyment.

The ground floor comprises of a modern & completely equipped kitchen with island in the middle with 3 bar chairs, pleasant dining room with 8 seats & TV, stylish, elegant & bright living area with private terrace, lounge sofa, fire place corner with modern armchairs, flatscreen TV, soundbar and Sonos sound system, atrium with bearbecue area as well as the main terrace. From the dining area you step out to the main terrace with heated infinity pool, alfresco dining area with 8 seats, parasols and sunbeds which is great place to socialise day and night and for outdoor dining, sunbathing, refreshment & relaxation.

On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with an air conditioning, flatscreen TV, king size beds, make-up tables and wardrobes with whole body mirrors as well as two modern designed bathrooms with baths and rainshowers. Two bedrooms have private terrace with sea view and en-suite bathroom, the blue coloured bedroom with mountain view has no terrace and it shares one bathroom with the yellow coloured bedroom, which makes this room perfect for the children. On the lower ground floor there is an entertainment room with billiards, darts, home cinema, treadmill, sofabed (160*200). On the same level you will find third bathroom, laundry room as well as fitness equipment for home training.

Courtyard consists of parking space for up to 4 cars, Mediterranean garden area all around the house including 70m2 lawn where you can start your morning gym with gorgeous sea view.
