The room had clean sheets and bathrooms but everything else in it was gross. The floors weren’t clean, the carpet near the sink was constantly wet from a leak. The windows had lots of bugs and dead bug shells. The stove and broken coffee maker had crusty things on them. The mirrors weren’t cleaned. The couches had nasty stains on them. The cabinets had greasy fingerprints. So disappointing and the pool looked like it had mold around it on the surrounding cement.

All of the staff were very help and willing to solve problems. We had a truck and large horse trailer with us and they arranged safe parking for us in an area close by. The room was clean and the shower had very good water pressure, something that we have not had lately. I am going to start looking for this chain first from now on.

Tessa was great to check us in and when my wife and I reported to Tessa about the leak in the tub, she stated she will get someone to look at it asap ! The Hotel manager was equally impressive ! Got us checked out told us to have a great weekend :) This the second time I have spoke to her briefly, she is just a wonderful personj !
