The room smelled like mold and the bottom of our socks became black when walking on the carpet. I feel like recently, the room was flooded and it wasn't properly cleaned. Hooefully, my wife and I dont suffer any long term effects. There was a large pile of garbage outside the side entrance for our entire stay and the pool area was out of order. We stayed here last year and had no issues. Looks like no maintenance has been performed since then. We will not be returning.

We did not know that the pool was down for that weekend. Otherwise we would have booked a different hotel. We wanted a pool for our kids to swim and because of it not being there we didn't spend as much time at the hotel to rest. Sadly, we had to completely redo our schedule and it really did throw off our plans. Best part of the trip was the morning staff was great and very helpful.

The side door was blocked by two men sitting in chairs smoking and drinking! The carpet was dirty felt dirty and stunk, got woke up at 6am by kids running and jumping upstairs! I’ve always stayed here but I think next time I’ll check somewhere else. I’ll miss the front desk day girl she’s great!!

Overnight stay while traveling, Bathroom was dirty, room felt damp ( AC was turned off until we entered room), 2 conditioners/ no shampoo and pool and hot tub closed. Breakfast was mediocre. Lobby and common areas dark and drab. Property was way more run down than the pictures illustrated. We’ll skip this one next time thtough

Medicare Stay
We stayed at this hotel for the indoor pool to keep kids occupied for the first night we were there, got there and pool and jacuzzi were out of service if I would have known I would have picked a different location. There was old bubble gum on the walls, random pills stuck in couch cushions. Nothing on website saying there was no pool and it was to late to cancel since we were already there, breakfast was great had plenty of choices only downfall if the hotel is busy there is such a small seating area. I would not stay again due to the fact that room wasn’t exactly clean and random pills just lying around. I mean for almost 300 hundred dollars for 2 nights. I was hoping for a better stay and better nights sleep. Bed wasn’t exactly comfortable. I have stayed in better places for less and the service was just above and beyond.

Stained sheets, among other filth!
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. We called 2 hoirs ahead to let them know we would be arriving late. The staff was friendly, however the room was disgusting. The sheets were full of stains, the A/C barely worked, there was sticky liquid all over the desk, and there was what looked like blood on the wall, we found a blue pill on the nightstand. We got in late and we were in desperate need of a place to stay. We made thr best of it and got out of there asap in the morning. The place shouldnt be allowed to have a "Best Western" sign on the door.

The person at the front desk was fairly unresponsive at check-in. The pool and hot tub were out of service. The room’s ceiling vent in the bathroom was broken and there was a water stain on the bedroom ceiling. The beds appeared to be clean and were fairly comfortable.
