Don't stay here
No one works from 9pm-7am. I had to check in late due to my travel and had a horrible time getting someone to help. The room and hotel itself is filthy!!

I feel the staff was dealing with owner/management not having enough money, so are trying their best with what they had. The room had a jacuzzis, but didn’t work. there must have been bed bugs at one time, as one could see the protector hanging from the bed. Breakfast was to be at 7:00 am - nothing was really out, but then again there wasn’t really anything to have. The coffee was working the old fashion way in a percolating coffee pot. They had dry creamer not marked, only a couple of cold cereal, a few bagels no cream cheese, nothing we wanted to try and eat. There seemed to be families that had hit on hard times staying there as a school bus pick up kids. I heard soeone not sure who but was complaining about the kids, and one was on video riding his bike in the lobby and she would call social services and tell them the kids were not being taken care of. Very sad when a family is trying. The rug was torn in our room, saw some type of dirt that was on the baggage cart on the floor of our room, it was just dirty for sure, the table one ate at weren’t wiped down when we had pizza delivered, no place to put things that were clean. Not to have coffee in the morning was the pits, we needed to leave early and said we would wait until 7:00 am to get coffee and maybe an egg. Sorry jumping all over the place it was just so bad it is hard to say things in order as my mind just skis to something else that was wrong. I feel for the staff they are truly trying and they were

This Hotel need to be renovated, my door couldn't closed because lock was broken you could see that the door lock was broken into at some point for whatever reason. I had a none smoking room but you could still smell smoke.

The garbage in the hallways and stairs was appalling. Our room furniture had not been dusted. The air conditioning unit was dirty. The bed was clean; the mattress was not firm but OK. The bathroom was clean. It would have been nice to have a hand towel in addition to the bath towel. The breakfast was extremely limited. Hot coffee was not available. The sanitary conditions for the cream cheese or butter was unacceptable. I do not plan to stay here in the future.

great staff!!!! Owners should invest in resources
Staff was friendly, was below par amenities (refrigerator and microwave not in rooms as advertised. when asked they had to take out of another room because there were not enough for each room. The towels were limited, comforters were cheap walmart plush type and pillows also cheap n lumpy, both are ikey from being cheap and from being washed. No bugs or anything but definitely dated and not clean as it could be. However, staff made up for this with friendliness!! They tried hard to please with limited resources!!! (towels, wash cloths, pillows, appliances, food items staff were in there cutting up bricks of cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly ect in to little portion cups for breakfast took about 4 portions to cover half my bagel, invest in pre-packaged. the small coffee warmer for coffee needed refilled constantly... Staff tried hard with resources they had but owners need to do better!!! you have great staff give them resources to do their jobs effectively!!!) i suspect they staff could use a raise and they appeared to be under staffed the same ppl working all weekend and doing multiple jobs, the general manager was doing cleaning, laundry, food service, desk, phones, customer service, pool prep, repairs, moving appliances. Very hard working for sure!)
