Got to hotel at 3:02pm for 3:00pm check-in. Room was not ready upon arrival. Front desk checked how long. He said 10 minutes. Shifts got changed at front desk. He never communicated I was person waiting for room. 30 minutes later I finally asked. She said they had called down and it was ready but didn’t know who it was for. I sat in the lobby directly in her Vision for 30 minutes and never thought to ask me?

Good but not great.
It is a very good hotel, it’s only lacking is in the breakfast section, very little options and not of great quality. Needs to improve on it to get a better ranking.

Our “go to” place for an overnight when on the road visiting family. They are renovating the exterior of the building, but that was a minor inconvenience. We’ve always been impressed with their hard working staff.

This hotel is right off Hwy 90 in Batavia, NY. It's very convenient to get to shopping areas and restaurants. We've stayed there a few times when we pass through the area. The staff are efficient and helpful. I especially loved our room's walk in shower and large showerhead.

Lisa greeted us and found us a room that we loved on the first floor. Breakfast was great except I don't care for those fluffy eggs! Fresh fruit and great yogurt, great coffee. I will definitely stay at a Wyndham La Quinta again.

Lisa, the staff person who greeted us was wonderful, and the breakfast staff was fantastic... we needed a bit of help with a waffle maker and they were right there to help. (My friend didn't spray the waffle iron and I panicked!.... Turned out just fine with support from the staff 🙂 We like this Windham so much we say that another one a few days later love that one too!!!!
