Great service!
This is the second time Iā€™ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! We will always remember your smiling faces and excellent service!
