Welcome to our stunning townhome in Baton Rouge. Brand-new house with all new and modern furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has a total of 7 beds and can sleep 10 guests very comfortably! The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have a full-size bed with a twin-size bunkbed at the bottom and a twin-size bed at the top.
Conveniently located, only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants.

Louisiana Thanksgiving
Beautiful townhome. All Bedrooms are upstairs. Plenty of room for our family for Thanksgiving. There is No outdoor grill, which we love on VRBO's, but enjoyed the condo and location great for LSU campus and restaurants around the corner.

Wonderful stay
Our stay met all expectations, and needs for our large family. Location was ideal, clean and quiet neighborhood. Mateo was a great host and timely with responding. We highly recommend this location.
