This penthouse is located in a recently built house 200m from the beach and in a quiet area where the color of the macchia mediterranea (typical bush), the scent of myrtle, sea cherries will surround you during your vacation. The large Sardinian-style terrace overlooks the Gulf of Arbatax with its limestone and granite mountains. Not to be underestimated is the panorama from the balcony in the bedroom to the above mentioned Gulf of Arbatax. The loft can accommodate a couple and a child. Four internal steps lead to the kitchen with the kitchenette, where great meals can be prepared. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. This is the ideal apartment for a couple who loves to spend the holidays in a quiet area to relax. It is not necessary to forego the 180 ° view of the sea.

Wir haben 1 Woche in enem kleinen, aber sehr feinen Appartement genossen. Der kleine Frühstücksbalkon sowie die tlw. umglaste Dachterasse sind einfach toll. Das Bad ist eher etwas beengt und die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein (Töpfe, Pfannen,...), war aber für uns, da wir nicht gekocht haben, völlig ausreichend. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants (auch fussläufig zu erreichen) sowie einen guten Sopermarkt. Dank an den Gastgeber, der uns trotz Ausfalls des Appartements in der ersten Nacht toll mit einer Ersatzwohnung versorgt hat.

Wonderful stay at Santa Maria Navarese with a beautiful non touristic beach and very friendly locals. The apartment was very cosy and has a stunnig terasse with a view towards the ocean and the mountains.

Absolut Empfehlenswert
Das einchecken war super easy und hat noch kurzem Kontakt ohne Probleme geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr schön, wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen. Klar das Bad ist etwas kleiner und die Dusche ist auch etwas klein, jedoch weiß man dies ja vorher. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen und der Außenbereich ist ein absoluter Traum. Man kann dort locker bei Regen und auch bei Wind sitzen. Die geschlossenen Außenelemente haben riesige Schiebefenster, dadurch kann man perfekt regulieren ob man etwas Durchzug haben möchte oder eben nicht. Auf dem Außenbereich befindet sich sogar ein Kohlegrill, sehr cool. Vor allem war die Wohnung sehr sehr sauber! Im Bad keine schmuddeligen Fugen oder ähnliches, auch dort alles sauber und man fühlte sich wohl. Die Dusche hat keinen Vorhang, sondern eine sehr gute Falttür! Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt genug Töpfe und Pfannen, Schüsseln, Siebe, eine Bialetti, viel Besteck, Flaschenöffner etc...also definitiv deutscher Standard. Auch die Küchenutensilien waren alle sehr sauber! Teller sind es auch mehr als genug...alles in fünffacher Menge. Kleine Teller, tiefe Teller und normale Teller. Gläser ins Tassen sind auch einige da, allerdings tatsächlich nur ein Weinglas. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Was wirklich angenehm ist, man ist dort oben etwas für sich alleine und hat keine "störenden" weitere Urlauber.

Die Wohnung entspricht im wesentlichen den Angaben des Internetauftritts. Allerdings braucht es warmes und nicht zu stürmisches Wetter, um die herrliche Dachterrasse und den tollen Ausblick zu genießen, denn sonst bietet die Wohnung eigentlich keinen Ort, wo man sich bequem niederlassen könnte (außer dem sehr guten Bett natürlich). Auch der kleine Balkon beim Schlafzimmer ist ein Schönwetterplatz und entsprechend für ein Frühstück mit Meerblick geeignet. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher einfach und in Punkte Tassen und Gläser minimal (es gab nur ein(!) Weinglas, wir haben noch zwei gekauft). Fazit: für die Sommermonate ist die Wohnung absolut zu empfehlen, auch der Strand in ca. 10 Gehminuten ist okay. Für Übergangsmonate Frühling oder Herbst ist die Wohnung eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement unter dem Dach hat eine großzügige Terrasse und einen kleinen Sonnenbalkon, ein helles Schlafzimmer, ein charmantes Bad, ein kleine funktionelle Küche. Leider sind Geschirr und Besteck eher billig und bei unserem Aufenthalt leider auch nicht sauber. Terrasse und Balkon müssen als Wohn- und Esszimmer dienen, was im Winter nur bedingt möglich ist. Der Ausblick auf Meer und Berge ist traumhaft. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich

Die Villa Juniper liegt sehr ruhig und praktisch.
Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir hatten ein überdachten Stellplatz, eine Waschmaschine und der Blick von unsere Terrasse hat uns schon beim buchen verzaubert! Eine sehr nette und hilfreiche Hausbesitzerin, unsere Menager Mario war sehr hilfsbereit, geduldig und bemüht dass wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen konnten! Wenn die Tür zu der Terrasse und Bad höher wären als 13 cm-würde ich der Wohnung 6 Sterne geben:) Immer wieder gerne! Tolle Adresse!

L'appartement est plus petit et moins moderne que les photos le laissent penser. La terrasse est fantastique, il y a aussi un petit balcon de l'autre côté. L'endroit est très calme au bout d'une rue à l'extérieur du village. La plage et le village sont joignables à pied, également une belle randonnée sur la colline derrière. Pour les plus grandes randonnées, il faut faire une demi heure voire une heure de voiture. Nous étions en vacances mi-mai et toute la région était très calme.

Schöne Lage, etwas für Ruhe Suchende
