O local Ć© um Motel e nĆ£o um hotel. Colocaram "Hotel motel" sĆ³ para poder anunciar o quarto no site. O chuveiro nĆ£o funcionava direito e tivemos de tomar banho de ducha, a televisĆ£o sĆ³ pegava record e sbt e a cama era muito desconfortĆ”vel. NĆ£o indico este local.

A estadia comeƧou com demora na recepĆ§Ć£o para entrada, a recepĆ§Ć£o Ć© apenas um interfone a distĆ¢ncia que dificulta a comunicaĆ§Ć£o entre o hospede e o hotel, apesar de termos feito a reserva com antecedĆŖncia nĆ£o parecia que eles estavam preparados para nos receber, luz do banheiro com problemas, sem o frigobar conforme anunciado, serviƧo de quarto nĆ£o nos atendeu conforme solicitado, passamos 3 dias sem limpeza no quarto, funcionĆ”rios sem preparo para atendimento ao pĆŗblico, toda a demora e falta de limpeza eles usavam a justificativa de que so havia uma pessoa p limpeza e que o hotel estava cheio. O que mostra a falta de compromisso da gestao ou dos proprietĆ”rios do gran luha em colocar uma quantidade de funcionĆ”rios suficiente para atendimento aos hospedes.

Quarto simples, mas limpo e bem organizado. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ muito bom!!! O Ćŗnico ponto negativo Ć© a organizaĆ§Ć£o da recepĆ§Ć£o, reservei uma semana antes e com reserva confirmada 1 dia antes. Mesmo assim quando cheguei, eles nĆ£o localizaram a reserva e o quarto ainda nĆ£o estava pronto e disponĆ­vel (sendo que cheguei 17h e a entrada era a partir das 14h).
