Served us well for our purpose
The directions led us to the emergency room- that was interesting. Once we found the hotel it was a relief and really cute older building. Front desk lady was helpful. Only 1 elevator was working but no biggie. Our room was really clean and had everything anyone would need +! Something wrong with One of the Queen beds. You couldn’t sit on it without it tilting but laying on it wasn’t a problem. The beds were comfy and the shower was super clean- good water pressure. The “full hot” breakfast left much to be desired- Breakfast 6-9- we went at 8 and nothing “ hot” was left. I made a piece of toast and my son ate a bowl of cereal. We were fine as neither of us were very hungry. Per several guest requests- An attendant did put something in the microwave and made some fresh coffee. We were there for a quick over night rest and that’s what we got. The location was good, room clean and cool and beds comfy. It served us well for our purpose!

Very good experience. Used the shuttle twice to and from the hospital. Very convenient. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Would stay again definitely.

It could use a through cleaning. Room smelled musky and not wheelchair accessible either. The wheelchair couldn't even fit through the door. Made things very difficult for a person like me that are unable to walk without help.

Breakfast not bad. I should have grabbed 2 more sausage patties when I had a chance because they were all gone 5 minutes later. The desk staff was friendly, even when I came back downstairs because the first room my card key unlocked had unmade beds and dishes on the floor. The room we eventually settled in was darn nice for under $70.

Breakfast was great. People were very nice. It was disappointing coming back to a room that hadn't been cleaned. My husband had spent one night then gone into the hospital and my daughter stayed with me. Would like for her to have had a "made bed". and clean towel. The bed rails sticking way out were painful to the ankle. :( Not perfect. But would stay again if needed.

Check-in and check-out were simple and timeless. But most of the lights in my room didn’t work, the room didn’t have any hand soap, the shower drain was clogged, and there were crumbs in the sheets of the bed when I arrived

Great for staying close to hospital
This hotel serves its purpose of being on the same block as the hospital. It isnt anything fancy. The first room they put us in, I sat my bag on the bed and the headboard fell off the wall. They moved us to another room immediately, which was great. Parking is difficult if you have anything larger than a mid-size SUV. I dont recommend staying here unless its simply to have a place to stay while a family member is hospitalized.
