Urine aroma throughout the hotel.
Dog heaven which makes for the smell of urine in every room we came across, place is musty as is, pool was filthy, beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was the weakest I’ve ever had at a Hampton. Stay at the garden inn next door if you have to stay in Little Rock. Homelessness all outside the hotel as well fyi.

The hotel is an older building but it is kept up nicely. The part that makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was kind and courteous. Amber was working the desk when we arrived and despite several people waiting and a phone call that sounded difficult she handled everything with a calm and kind demeanor. Truly, everyone we met was just wonderful. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Front desk attendant was rude, shower door was broken, light fixtures in room were filthy, had to pay for parking although I have never paid before when I stayed here, the pool was murky. This was my 4th stay and my last. It has always been fine. Must be under new management. Also, there’s no electric car charging. Just FYI if you’re staying there.

Do not count on any type of parking on the property! You have to park on the street with meters. We are hoping our car did not get broken into or towed overnight. The beds are old. Maybe this is what made me feel things were not super clean! Not my typical Hampton Inn standard!
