The living room leads to the outdoor terrace with private seasonal hot tub, outdoor dining area and barbecue. It is framed by a suggestive view of the islands and Lake Maggiore. On the same floor there is the first bathroom with shower and the first double bedroom.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, consisting of a double bedroom with single bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
