Third time staying at this wonderful location. We have enjoyed each stay, but this time things got off to a bad start. We arrived at check in to find the house in shambles. While I can appreciate the response from the property manager and the cleaning crew, the 3 hour delay to our vacation and the change in our dinner plans was unfortunate. Regrettably, this was only the beginning. Three nights into our 7 day stay, the heat went out. The property manager was prompt in getting a repair company, but heat was not restored of 3 nights. After 1 freezing night, we purchased a space heater and held up in 1 room. Communication with Denise(property manager) was good throughout, despite my obvious frustration. To add to the frustration, I’m still waiting on a partial refund 1month since leaving this wonderful cottage.
