A 27m² living room with fully equipped American kitchen, induction hob, oven + microwave, large fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, nothing has been forgotten! washing machine also available.

2 large bedrooms with large wardrobes and 160 and 140 beds fitted with new mattresses, + the calm of this small residence guarantee you a restful rest!

To complete the whole, a large 23m² terrace facing due south with garden furniture and not overlooked allows you to enjoy beautiful sunny days or the calm of the end of the day.

Ce que notre hôte annonce est exact à 95%, il ne manque rien! La semaine était comme partout caniculaire, et nous avons adoré dormir à l'étage inférieur, profitant ainsi de 5 à 6°C de moins qu'à l'étage. Le secteur Bayonne le Haut est hyper calme, donc des nuits reposantes, proche du centre de Bayonne, de la Côte et de l'A63. Philippe et Mirent sont des hôtes sympathiques, et vous ne regretterez pas si vous louez chez Philippe. Christine, Hélène, Michel et Patrick

A wonderful stay
We had a wonderful week im Bayonne - and the apartment is great. Philippe, the friendly owner showed us in personally and you see that he cares a lot about the property. Everything is clean and well-equipped (nice dishes, no dishwasher though, but washing machine, 2 coffee machines + coffee 😀 etc.). A truly good place to stay. The only minus is the large number of mosquitos after a rainy day at the beginning - but that is not the mistake of the apartment, but rather of the little lake, which is nice to walk around but a mosquito breeding ground. We would definitely book it again. Fair price, tranquil location, good atmosphere. My family loved it, too. Thank you very much 😀

Duplex agréable et lumineux, bien équipé. La terrasse est un havre de verdure où il fait bon se détendre en fin de journée ! Ne pas hésiter à utiliser le tram à proximité. Philippe, notre hôte, n’est pas avare de ses conseils et de ses bonnes adresses, encore merci !

Location conforme à la description; le propriétaire est très sympa et accueillant. L'environnement est super calme et pourtant à 5mn du centre ville de Bayonne. Le plus de cette location : lits faits à l'arrivée , linge de lit , de toilette et de cuisine fournis. Je recommande vivement !!!

Un très agréable appartement au calme
Accueil chaleureux de Miren avec de bons conseils pratiques pour visiter la région. L'appartement est très bien équipé pour 4 personnes et l'on s'y sent comme à la maison. Il est situé dans une résidence au calme mais cependant au centre de tous les points et villes d'intérêt à visiter. Nous avons apprécier d'y séjourner même si le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la jolie terrasse et de ses citronniers. L'entrée de l'appartement est au 3eme étage (duplex sur le 2ème) donc à déconseiller aux personnes ayant des problèmes pour monter. Une belle location où tout est prévu pour le confort des vacanciers. Merci Miren et Philippe.

Le propriétaire est très accueillant, et de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Le duplex se trouve dans une résidence très calme, et d une très grande propreté. Il ne manquait rien , et le propriétaire fait en sorte qu il ne manque rien! c est un logement très bien entretenu. La place de parking à l ombre, un plus quand il fait très chaud. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et l appartement à contribué à cette qualité de vacances au pays basques.
