No steps! One floor ocean front newly renovated three bedrooms, two bath condo accessible by elevator from covered parking deck is ready for you and your family!

Beautiful open floor plan features a large dining room which comfortably sits six at an antique pine table, a living room which has an extra long couch and two swivel chairs centered around a 55 inch television, and a large kitchen with new appliances and farmhouse sink. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar with three wicker barstools and an island chopping block. Unobstructed ocean views from all areas of the living , dining, and kitchen area. A large covered deck extends the length of the condo to enjoy the cool ocean breeze while reading a book or enjoying a refreshing drink. Laundry room with new washer and dryer located in closet in kitchen. All three bedrooms furnished with king beds and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a 32 inch television

Community grill and a beautiful courtyard are just a few steps from the front door. A 2018 golf cart is included in rental for your use to drive to the beach or simply cruise the island!

Fripp Island Resort has an Amenity Guest Pass policy. As a guest staying in our Condo, Amenity Cards can be ordered to use the restaurants, rent equipment, play golf or tennis, and use the pools. The resort charges 12.8 of your nightly stay before fees and taxes.

Family Fun at Fripp
4 adults enjoyed a peaceful and scenic time at Fripp. Great place to relax, read, play cards, watch deer, walk and reenergize. Our accommodations were excellent and having a golf cart available was a big plus!

This is a perfect place to stay. So much wildlife to watch from the deck and the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The home was clean and updated. We had the perfect host, we ended up having a flat tire on the their golf cart and the host replied right away and within 20 min we had a loaner dropped off to us. Great place to stay!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Fripp. The view was beautiful on the ocean you couldn’t beat it. Saw the dolphins a few times outside of our windows. You are walking distance to a pool and a beach access if the tide is out. We used the two bikes and golf cart provided and greatly appreciated them. Place was clean, decorated nicely and comfortable. We had our 3 teens with us and felt like we had plenty of room. Kitchen had all that we needed to cook when we did. Host reached out to us well ahead and asked if we wanted amenity cards and helped us with check in. For those looking to save money you could do without those and just cook yourselves and be just fine. We ate at the boathouse and got pizza from the food trucks which were good but we would have been fine without. I would definitely stay again, this was a great view and great accommodations!

Perfectly Peaceful!
We've been visiting Fripp every summer for many years and this New Haven villa was one of our favorite rentals on the island. It has the most stunning ocean views with spectacular sunrises in the morning. We saw dolphins frolicking from our shady covered patio several times. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and convenient and better stocked than most places we've stayed. The host responded quickly to all questions and was easy to work with. A fantastic week! We highly recommend this villa on Fripp.

Gina was a wonderful host and answered all our questions promptly. The property is as described, clean, bright, and very nicely updated. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and dolphins from the porch every day. The water views are remarkable. The golf cart was an added bonus and a great way to see the island and get from place to place. A great stay at Fripp!
We've been coming to Fripp for the last 12 years, but had never stayed on this part of the island, and I'm so glad that we did! We really enjoyed the condo! The location was perfect. The views of sunrises and dolphins from the porch were amazing. Having use of the golf cart and the option to buy amenity cards was a huge bonus. The condo was spacious and clean. A perfect place to make memories.

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view from our windows of the sea was a real plus. Having a golf cart at our disposable and a parking spot really close to our apartment made it very convenient. The owner was very communicative when we had questions.
