Unexpectedly good.
Great hotel. Had everything we expected. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and in our case within wheelchair distance. Free parking. Hotel restaurant closed except for breakfast and price very good. Only negative was getting to the hotel was a challenge as road works was causing a major traffic congestion problem.

Great option for someone who needs reasonable price and a hotel experience in Montreal.The room was modern and clean and had everything needed from iron to hairdryer.The only missing things for me were toothbrushes and toothpaste and slippers.So just plan to take those stuff with yourself.The location is great 5 mins walking from metro and there nearby centres for shopping and big supermarkets.The direct metro line brings you in 20 minutes to downtown.Th staff was friendly and they even upgraded us to the better room.The pool was warm and we enjoy staying there.Overall a great experience , will be be back in my next trip to Montreal

The room was large and clean but very cold and not cozy. The floor under the bed was vinyl and gave the room an overall cold feeling. There's also seemed to be a lot of wasted space where a bench would have been beneficial. Stream room and restaurant not functioning.

I have going to Ruby Foo hotel as my go to place for many years. This time I had issues with our bath tub. It was clogged and slowly drained. Also another problem the hotel has not fixed is the bed box, it sticks too far out and if you go too closely to it, you will injure your knee . I doubt the hotel will fix this as they would have to put bumper pads on each bed or make the box smaller. The hotel is in a good location but is starting to get older.
