Suitability - All on one floor BUT there are stairs to reach the property as it is all on the first floor.

Bathroom - En Suite shower room with shower, WC, basin and towel rail.
Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer (3 drawers), kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Kitchen table to seat two to four.
Utility Area - Iron, ironing board, drying rack and hoover in cupboard.
Sitting Room - Two sofas (one is a pull out double sofa bed) and two armchairs, footstool, books, games, electric real effect log burner, Smart tv and dvd player. Please note the fire was added after the photos were taken.
Parking - Private off road parking behind gates for a small car. Please note the parking is tight and you must be able to reverse. If in doubt there is parking on The Green for a small daily / weekly charge.
Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and highchair available upon request.
