Our room desperately needed attention. Couch was filthy and worn and belonged at the dump. Much peeling paint on doors and trim. Wyndham should be ashamed of such a shabby property represented under their name. This is not the first time a Days Inn has disappointed.We will avoid in the future.

It was good or a little better than good. We stayed 4 nights. Beds were comfortable and a/c was very cold. We thought they would clean room after 3 days which was stated on paper in the room but no we had to get towels which was fine. But I thought they would get the trash we already bagged up and give us more toilet paper. I understand we were in the family suite but we even swept up the sand we were bringing in. Overall it was a good trip would I stay there again yes because it fit the whole family

We booked a room for a night while coming to the Houston area for work and was unable to get through to the hotel to confirm if they had electricity/wifi, which we need in order to complete our work. We ended up booking another hotel because we couldn’t risk not having access to WiFi. I contacted the corporate office about receiving a refund and they said I would have to go through Expedia since I booked through them. I tried contacting Expedia and could only get ahold of a robot who was of no help and made me lose faith in the future of humanity. A human may be more understanding of the circumstances considering a hurricane just smoked the area..
