Limited dining options nearby but staff was helpful in this regard. It would be further helpful to have a prepared restaurant handout. As it turned out we drove about five miles to the Riverside restaurant in downtown Beaumont & had probably the best dinner we've had in five years. Expensive tho for being on the road.

The receptionist was taking another call and he never looked up and acknowledged that we were waiting to check in! Needs better training and learn to speak in a voice that can be heard! He did apologize when he finally got off the phone!

Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was not very appetizing but hotel was clean and pool was lovely. Seemed like some parts of the hotel were having ac issues. Our room took a couple of hours to cool down.
