Impeccable Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

Your own conveniently-located and beautifully clean 2,400 square-foot home near Murrayhill with shopping centers, grocery stores, parks, and trails just minutes away. Only a 20-minute drive to Portland or wine country, easy access to Nike and Intel campuses. This tasteful pet-free home has comfortable beds, nice linens, refreshing natural light, a well-appointed kitchen, fitness room, home office, garden, and backyard play structure.

The Space
This is a spacious two-story family home with three bedrooms (all upstairs), two full baths, one half bath, a large bonus room, fitness room, and an office. It comfortably sleeps six guests in bedrooms, with a futon bed in the bonus room also available.

Premium linens, towels, and new mattresses ensure total comfort. The kitchen is well-appointed with cookware, high-end appliances, new knives, spices, and cooking oil to make meal prep easy. A drip coffee pot with filters, small French press, and a Keurig are available, with starter supplies. A living room with a piano, family room with a fireplace and 65” smart TV, and upstairs bonus room with 50” smart TV offer plenty of spaces to relax. The house is clutter-free and has lovely natural light. Settle in for your workday or escape for some quiet time in a spacious and comfortable French-door office off the master bedroom, with big windows and valley views. Enjoy your daily workout in the fitness room off the bonus room, which includes an upright bike, mats, bench, and Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells + barbell. The lush back yard includes a partly covered deck with seating and a grill, plus a play structure and garden boxes. Families with kids have access to a stroller, highchair, booster seat, potty seat, baby carrier, pack-n-play, and travel crib. Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole house including the two-car garage and back yard. There are two additional off-street parking spaces in the driveway as well as neighborhood street parking.

Please remove your outside shoes in the house to help keep the floors clean for your group and the next guests to enjoy.

Other Things to Note
The house has high speed WiFi and three smart TVs with several streaming apps available for you to log in with YOUR OWN PASSWORDS. No cable. Live TV is available in the main family room.

There are exterior cameras monitoring the property around the outside of the house for safety.

Lawn maintenance is on Thursday.

Garbage and recycling are picked up on Monday morning. Garbage goes in the can with the green lid. Paper, plastic, and metal recycling go in the can with the yellow lid. Glass recycling goes in the red bins.

Summer Getaway
We stayed at this property for a total of eight weeks and it was wonderful. This home has everything you need, the perfect home away from home. The hosts are so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we will for sure be back.

We have family who live in SW Beaverton, this VRBO was the perfect location as our family were within walking distance. The access details were simple and easy, and owner was responsive through the VRBO app for any questions. Additional information was provided via a binder on the kitchen counter with details on the smart tvs, the check out process, etc. House was exceptionally clean with extra towels provided in the linen closet. The house offers different areas to accommodate all people - the readers and the tv watchers. Backyard is extremely private and the air conditioning was appreciated as it was 30C when we visited. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools etc which was great as we cooked at least one meal daily while staying at the VRBO. We will definitely be booking this property again when we come down and visit the family.

Gorgeous home!
We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful home. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable and the tub was very relaxing. We especially appreciated the gracious hospitality, beautiful, lush yard, friendly neighbors, and spacious kitchen. The laundry facilities were helpful and we enjoyed working out in the exercise room.

Phenomenal stay!
This rental was perfect for us. We loved the house, it’s very clean, very quiet, very private and located in a great neighborhood. Everything was in the house, we needed.
