This facility needs an upgrade and deep cleaning. For the price charged I expected much more. Black mold on our bathroom ceiling! Beds need an upgrade, not comfortable. Think about adding sound damping in the pool area, the sound is deafening when a large group is in the pool area.

The hotel is older but nice. Need better ventilation in pool area. Clorine level to high. Bed mattress needs updating. Staff was friendly. Facility is clean.

NOT a "Grand" stay....
The entrance smelled like body odor BADLY. Kids were running all over the place at all times of the day. Our beds were old and worn out. The iron was broken. The door wouldnt stay closed and we had trouble with the lock. Overall, the hotel needs some work/upgrades.

The beds were horrible! Soft and squishy, you could actually roll right off them.pull out couch was horrible! Mattress was so bad there were places you could actual feel springs and the sheets didn’t fit! Terrible sleep for us all!
