The space

The guest suite is fully private, located at the walkout basement of a large and luxurious house in a family-friend and safe neighbourhood close to Halifax, with your own private entrance and exit from the easily accessible backyard. The guest suite is fully equipped with luxury amenities from around the world that you'll need whether for a short stay or long stay.

As you enter your luxurious guest suite, you'll enjoy the open floor concept connecting your living room, work space, dining room and kitchen. You'll also notice and have easy access to the two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and storage room through the great mix of luxury and comfort in this one of a kind one-floor living concept.

Sit comfortably in the warm and inviting living room and get entertained by the 85" Samsung QLED Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, DAZN, SportsNet and FuboTV streaming available on high-speed Fiber Internet. If you're in the mood to play some games and unwind, enjoy playing on the PlayStation 5 preloaded with various games for different age groups.

The gorgeous dining table, which I hope you'll enjoy having great discussions and laughs in, is large and welcoming and can seat 6 people comfortably. While enjoying your meal and drinks, you'll also enjoy views of the Blue Mountain - Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness area, visible through the large windows in the dining area. Fee free to light up the luxurious scented candles from Paris if you choose to elevant your senses.

You can also enjoy views of the Blue Mountain - Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness area while in the Kitchen, which is fully equipped with a stove, microwave with hood/vent, a dishwasher, a large sink with cleaning supplies, a toaster, and a kettle. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with cookware, serveware, drinkware, flatware and accessories you need to cook and serve delicious food and drinks to yourself and to your family and friends.

The open-floor concept of the kitchen, dining and living room is equipped with ambient Phillips Hue lights and a Smart Button to control them - in addition to remote-controlled automated blinds to get your desired level of privacy and sunshine.

The master bedroom, which can sleep up to two people, has a large king bed with a memory foam matttress from Endy and 100% organic cotten bedsheets. You'll also have your own 55" Samsung Smart TV to stream all your favourite shows and movies at night or keep the TV turned off, keep the blinds up and enjoy beautiful views of the backyard and Blue Mountain - Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness area. The room is also equipped with a vanity, large mirror, a smaller high-zoom mirror, and a hair dryer from Conair for convenience. The master bedroom hosts a manual blind for your desired level of privacy and sunshine.

The heartwarming second bedroom hosts two double beds with memory foam Endy Mattresses and 100% cotten bedsheets as well. In addition, enjoy luxury throws from Ethnicraft on both beds. For your convenience, there is also a 42" Sony Smart TV to streaming your favourite shows or movies whenever you need.

The full bathroom can be accessed directly from the Master Bedroom or locked and accessed from the living room only for your convenience. The full bathroom has a luxurious standup shower with a large shower head and a mobile handle as well to choose from. We also provide Pantene shampoo, Pantene conditioner, Vaseline body lotion, toilet paper, cotton face pads and cotton buds .

The laundry room, which is easily accessible from the kitchen and dining area hosts the fridge, a washer and dryer combo, washer pods and dryer sheets.

The outdoor scenery, backyard and patio are a marvel. Enjoy the outdoor at your own patio with privacy fencing. You can also utilize the large backyard and enjoy it with us. Note: only the backyard might be shared with the property owner's family, while the large patio is all and only yours.

In case there is anything you require that is not included, please let us know and we'll strive to get it in time for your stay if you give us a notice before your arrival, or during your stay if you notice something up your arrival.
Guest access
You will have full and private access to your guest suite, which includes the open floor living, dining and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and storage room. Just take the gently-sloped patio stones on the left side of the house when facing it to the backyard to enjoy entrance to your luxury oasis. You will have private access to your backyard patio that is fully furnished.
Other things to note
We have one exterior motion-sensored Nest floodlight security camera on the exterior side of the house that records on motion only. The floodlight camera is present to provide motion-sensored light at night, which will provide you safe and easy access to your guestsuite regardless of the time, and to ensure your safety during your stay.

You will receive two free Nespresso coffee pods per night per group during your stay. There is also free and unlimited Nescafe coffee, tea and various hot drink options available.

You may enjoy and use any of the Esotico luxury candles and products provided in the space at no additional cost.
