- Smoking is not allowed in the house (buds are to be binned and cleared from the property grounds).
- There are free parking on the premises, 2 drive parking and 2 on the street available at the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property but only allowed on the ground floor. Additional towels are available to ensure you clean dirty paws or avoid dirt or stains in the house.
