Nearly Perfect Stay
The hotel is right in the middle of town, close to everything. The front desk staff is always friendly. Although, Erik Cornish is no longer there due to health issues (from my understanding) the other front desk staff was nice, not Erik nice though. Nearly a perfect stay, couldn’t ask for much better!

The pool is the most treasured amenity of this hotel. A lovely, quiet pool in a courtyard with nice towels provided and clean spacious restrooms nearby. Rooms are good, but we found the mattress to be a bit hard for our taste. All shower gel, shampoos and lotion provided by Crabtree and Evelyn. The phone did not work in our room for us to call down for room service or more pillows. The staff took copious notes at this desk upon check out for these matters to be inspected. I'd stay here again. It was a nice experience.

This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We upgraded to a suite and it had no sheets or pillows for pull out beds and not to mention the major issues of uncleanliness!!!! I could post pictures and go on and on but it still wouldn’t be able to make you understand the entire experience. We moved to a queen room so my kids would have somewhere to sleep and it was even more disgusting than the previous room!!! Like blood on walls it’s just so obvious that they surface clean and that’s it, if they do that. Just please believe the post that say this place needs MAJOR HELP AND VERY DEEP CLEANING especially on the 5th floor!!!!

Nice pool and close to everything.
Nice and accommodating staff. We stayed one night- two families. Spent some free time at the pool, grabbed a bottle of wine from Ruth Chris in the evening, rooms were comfortable and the hotel was walking distance to plenty of restaurants.

Expect Hilton to Have Operational Hairdryers
The hairdryer in my room didn't work. It was blowing out cool air. The hotel staff wasn't able to bring a new hairdryer because there was only one person on duty and that person couldn't leave the front desk. The housekeeping staff didn't come in until 7am and I had early business meetings.
