The Space:
THE FARMHOUSE: The large dining room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and stove) ensures that the holiday feeling is always present. Each of the four cozy bedrooms is uniquely decorated and has a direct view of the garden and the surrounding flatlands to fully enjoy the tranquility. In our farmhouse there are two spacious bathrooms with shower or bath. The cozy living room with original wooden beams is ideal for relaxing! There's a fireplace, smart tv and a large table for up to 8 people.
THE GARDEN: This accommodation features great assets like large sunny garden with full privacy and large natural swimming-pond. A great lounge-area with large covered terrace and dining-table overlooking the beautiful garden makes it the ideale gate-away for any group or family. There is also a hottub outside (open all year) that you can easily heat up yourself with wood. The wood is provided. In the lounge area there is a professional BBQ, a large fire pit and large table for 8 people.
Please note the pool is temporary out of order due to construction and renovation works and usage is for the time being not available during your stay.
Guest Access:
We're excited to welcome you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Guests have the entire accommodation to themselves.
EXTRA GUEST ACCOMMODATION ACCESS NOTES:
The indoor swimming pool is not open from 1st of November to 1st of April and access can exceptionally not be guaranteed after 1st of April due to renovations.

- Bulskampveld forest is 6 km away and is one of the most beautiful forests in Flanders WITH LARGE PLAYGROUND, FARM FOR AN ICE CREAM & BRASSERIE
- The Kijkuit adventure park is located within walking distance. Here you can kayak, mountain bike, SUP, .. ALSO WITH CHARACTER FULL BRASSERIE
- There are several shops within a radius of 4 km, such as Carrefour, Okay, Onze Keuken and Aldi.

The Belgium coast is served by the Kusttram, which traverses the entire Belgian coast from Knokke to De Panne.

The property owner has appointed Huswell to support them before, during and after your stay. Thanks to Huswell, the owner can give all guests the best experience possible. It’s important to note that If you reserve this accommodation, you conclude an agreement with the owner and not with Huswell. The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation does not provide bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. High-quality bed and bath linen can be optionally ordered via Huswell after confirmation of your reservation.
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.
HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.
CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.
INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.
MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.
