Nestled in a 2,000 m² natural garden, surrounded by farmland, our cozy farmhouse provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay with friends & family. Conveniently located near iconic cities and the Belgian coast, this getaway ensures a seamless blend of relaxation & exploration.

The Space:
THE FARMHOUSE: The large dining room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and stove) ensures that the holiday feeling is always present. Each of the four cozy bedrooms is uniquely decorated and has a direct view of the garden and the surrounding flatlands to fully enjoy the tranquility. In our farmhouse there are two spacious bathrooms with shower or bath. The cozy living room with original wooden beams is ideal for relaxing! There's a fireplace, smart tv and a large table for up to 8 people.

THE GARDEN: This accommodation features great assets like large sunny garden with full privacy and large natural swimming-pond. A great lounge-area with large covered terrace and dining-table overlooking the beautiful garden makes it the ideale gate-away for any group or family. There is also a hottub outside (open all year) that you can easily heat up yourself with wood. The wood is provided. In the lounge area there is a professional BBQ, a large fire pit and large table for 8 people.

Please note the pool is temporary out of order due to construction and renovation works and usage is for the time being not available during your stay.

EXTRA GUEST ACCOMMODATION ACCESS NOTES:
The indoor swimming pool is not open from 1st of November to 1st of April and access can exceptionally not be guaranteed after 1st of April due to renovations.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Great location, lovely space
So convenient! So close to bigger cities but you are in the peaceful countryside. The home suited our big family well. The yard was perfect. Communication was great.

Lovely property. Use of outside facilities such as hot tub and fire pit and bbq were great. Outside eating area was great. Trampoline was lots of fun for kids. Use of our door games were good. Inside the property was clean and fresh looking. Nice bathrooms. Only 1 toilet for 9 of us downstairs was a bit disappointing . 1 shower was out of action due to temperature control fault. But we managed with out Unlimited use of wood was great. Great location for access to Brugge. Local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall a very nice place to stay with a larger group.

Ein rundum positiver Kurzaufenthalt in einem Haus, das viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Die Sauberkeit der Anlage und der Unterhalt der einzelnen Räume könnten verbessert werden. Preis zu hoch und die zusätzliche Kosten, die nach der eigentlichen Buchung (früherer check-in, späterer check-out, Bettwäsche, ...) hinzu kommen, entsprechen nicht dem angebotenen Service. Schade!

Logement avec beaucoup de charme très confortable et très très propre ! Une très rénovation alliant le charme de l ancien et le le moderne ! Très bien équipé (cuisine , jeux etc ! ) Jardin très bien entretenu Piscine très agréable mais fraîche … Par contre, bain nordique au top !!! Une belle découverte … Heure arrivée assez tardive 17;00 et heure départ 10:00 assez matinale, ce qui malheureusement réduit un peu le temps de séjour …

Es wäre eine Anleitung für das Heizsystem im Haus selbst hilfreich gewesen, um zu wissen, was beachtet werden muss, wenn der Gasofen an oder aus ist. Es war in der Beschreibung ein Whirlpool beschrieben. Aber wir fanden enttäuschender Weise einen Jacuzzi vor. Desweiteren befand sich nur 1 Toilette und nicht 2, wie beschrieben im Haus.
