The front desk guy was amazing. Very helpful. Did his job to the tea the only thing I didn’t like was you can tell the people not all people that were there, but there is a few people that are on drugs and it’s just uncomfortable other than the people on drugs that were there, and I went back the next day to see if they would be gone, and no, the people on drugs were still running rooms out and it was just uncomfortable in the pool and they’re just looking at you weird way which it makes it uncomfortable ….

We were charged a fee for their location This is not noted anywhere. Homeless people around and the location is not in a great neighborhood. The continental breakfast was lacking just about everything. No coffee and the front desk people did not go out of their way to help or try to make the accomodations better

They need more than one waffle maker. The line was crazy for that in the morning. And maybe add scrambled eggs to the breakfast. That was my only hang up. Everything else was great!

The hotel itself was nice but the area around it is really run down and there were tons of homeless people hanging out around the hotel. The pillows are terrible and the breakfast was just ok.

Shout out to Lucas for being such a great employee and helping as much as he possibly could. He went above and beyond our 2 night stay. The area around where the hotel is isn’t the best but I’ve honestly seen worse

The hotel itself was good inside. No complaints about staff or the facility. The location of it is the problem. There were so many shady people around that area. I was worried about our vehicle getting broken into during the night. Thankful nothing happened. Had I known what the area was like, I would have picked a different location but stuck with La Quinta hotel.
