We have stayed at this property three times. Great location, great staff, clean. The only complaint I have is that they don't have down alternative pillows available to those who have allergies.

Front desk staff was friendly. However; there was a language barrier with housekeeping staff and they entered the room of the bride and groom who clearly had the do not disturb sign displayed on their door. The bride and groom had stuff laid out on their bed in an organized manner for their wedding and the housekeeper took it upon themselves to move that stuff off the bed so they had to reorganize everything. Very unacceptable.

Good: Hotel and room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Bad: Curtains not quite long enough to block light. Air Conditioner unit rattled loudly when running. Numerous room doors in the hallway were not shut tightly enough, resulting in very loud lock alarms beeping between 4am and 6am. Barely slept.
