Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Belfast
Our stay was excellent. Brrakfast was included and was excellent with a variety of options. Although a good walk from some points if interest, we found the location to be quite central.

Not good value for money - wouldnā€™t return!
Room not cleaned after 1st night, called reception who said it would be sorted in 20-30 mins. 1 hour later had to call again and when someone finally arrived we were asked was there something in particular we wanted done? They then proceeded to kick the used towels from the bathroom floor out of the room and along the corridor. Not quite the service we expect when paying Ā£150 per night! Also room was extremely warm and the desk fan provided did not help much so very uncomfortable indeed. Bar prices were expensive. Good breakfast and pleasant dining room and reception staff. Location very run down.
