We had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel. Central to walking to local pubs and Customs House Square for music. Breakfast wonderful and bar very inviting setting. All of the staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend!

Older converted property with a music vibe. High ceilings and non standard finishes nice. Wood floor joist gave make for a little noise from upstair rooms, along w noisy pipes for towel warmers. Staff super helpful and friendly!

had to wait over 5 minutes for staff to attend the desk for checkin. Didn't realise there was no aircon. Room was pretty warm, had to open window, and was quite noisy outside. Music could be heard till late. Bed was good, breakfast was good. Ok hotel, but would look for somewhere else in future.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Location brilliant. Central for all of the city, bars and titanic quarter. Overall hotel good. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast better on second morning with regards to freshness of food. Room comfortable but in need of some updating and TLC. Bathroom very small and a bit tired but very clean. On quite a busy road and noise from traffic quite loud. Have stayed in other Malmaison hotels eg Oxford Newcastle Manchester and quality of these rooms all better and more spacious. Would recommend but a bit pricey for the quality of the room.
