My son's wedding and everything was just perfect. From reception to dinner and the evening doo it was just fantastic. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was top notch as expected.

Hotel was in a Fabulous central location near City Hall and the hop on hop off bus start. my room was in the old part of the hotel with a big window. However other family had no window or idea of weather outside. I booked breakfast too and I wouldnā€™t do that again. You can find food elsewhere at the many nice places nearby.

Excellent staff and location, great room and very clean. Dining room and bar felt a little dated and lacked atmosphere. Loft bar on 7th floor looked much better, but wasnā€™t open during the week.

A friendly and courteous staff in reception, restaurant and bar. Very pleasant atmosphere. Too was spacious with clean bathroom with great shower. Bed was very comfortable. Location is right behind the City Hall and very convenient for Opera House, Ulster Hall and Waterfront Hall. Food in restaurant and for breakfast were top quality. Def a place to return toā€¦

The property and staff were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. The restaurant/bar were very nice. The only problem was no parking near the hotel unless you get really lucky. Otherwise, there is a parking garage several blocks from the hotel.
