Accommodating Allergies needs work
The location and grandeur of the hotel was so appropriate next to the Titanic Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful was such a pity they are not setup for all children with Allergies. I informed the hotel by email on two occasions but nothing was ready which is disheartening and stressful when trying to secure a meal for my Son. Lunch was a no go, nothing on the menu. Dinner was pitiful and stressful however they did go out of their way for Breakfast but it did take a late night chat to the duty Manager to put things right. Iā€™d love to return to this hotel if their standards for accommodating allergies is a high as everything else which I said was very Grand. Thanks to the general Manager who came to sit with us at Breakfast to apologise, that was appreciated and professional.

We just stayed one night to catch an early flight the next morning. Couldnā€™t have been more convenient for us and the front desk and bar staff were great. With a quick walk across the street to visit the Titanic Museum, it made it a great stop over in Belfast. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Great location; lovely furnishings
A lovely hotel in a great location - in the middle of the historic docks. Everything was in great condition. Service could do with improving. Our room wasn't ready at check-in time and service in the restaurant was consistently slow.

Overall a great place to stay with beautiful rooms and public areas oozing with history. The only criticism for the room (Deluxe)is that it needed a fridge, a mirror with a plug socket nearby and a little more lighting. The bed and furniture were excellent and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a buffet style and was fine. The staff were excellent and friendly, as is the Irish way. Would I stay again? Most definitely.
