This unique one bedroom one bathroom condo is a one and only in Schuss Village.
We are located next to the golf club house and the main Lodge where the base of the ski slopes are.
This is an upper unit with no other condos in the building. This unique amenity gives you peace and quiet while you vacation.
You will have:
*A queen bed with a brand new mattress in the bedroom.
*A newly renovated beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower
* A full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. This kitchen is a rarity in a one bedroom in Schuss Village. It is fully stocked with dishes pots and pans and some cooking spices that you may need.
* A washer and dryer which is also a rare feature in a one bedroom.
* A wood burning fireplace with wood provided.
* A pool pass to enjoy the pool and hot tub just across
the street and also the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Belliare.
* A private locked ski/ golf club locker.
We are 5 miles from Bellaire where there is a restaurant for everyone including Shorts Brewery.
30 miles to Traverse City or Petoskey. 15 minutes to Torch Lake. Ask me about other attractions in the area.
You won't find a more beautiful spot for fall colors!
Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal) and the Lakeview indoor and out door pools and hot tubs. (Indoor open year around)

Golf Getaway
We came up to play golf and relax. This condo was perfect for our needs. It’s right next to the golf course, is beautifully appointed with high end appliances and furniture, and has fantastic internet if you do have to work a little. The host is always friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We loved our stay and will be back.

We enjoyed our short 3 night stay in this beautiful condo. The couches and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen, living area and bathroom are nicely decorated with updated amenities. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Highly recommend this unit!

It was perfect for our Torch Lake vacation! Very clean, just as described. My only 2 qualms were I wish there was a TV in the bedroom, and the pool/spa area is very run down and outdated. But the condo itself was absolutely perfect. We loved the privacy and the location! We'll be back!

Perfect spot
This place is very is just the right spot for a little get away. Like other reviews this place is very clean. It's a second floor place with a balcony. Basically at the bottoms of the ski slopes. You can walk to the lifts from your place and make stops throughout the day to take a break . The furniture was very comfortable and great living room with nice fireplace to warm the place up fast. Would definitely recommend

Amazing stay
The condo is in a perfect location with a very short walk to the slopes. It was so convenient to pop back in for lunch and then later dinner and head back out for night skiing. Felt very cozy and private. Best stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed in. There wasn’t anything that was missing. A little fire starter or kindling would have been helpful for the fireplace but we made it work. Thank you so much for a wonderful, peaceful stay! We will be back!

Beautiful stay and location!
What a gem of a find! Very clean and comfortable unit, stocked with anything you could need! The host thought of everything- plenty of wood to build cozy fires and a well stocked kitchen! Will definitely be renting this unit again! It is a little tough to find within the complex at first but once you do it’s right off the main road within the community. A wonderful place!

Thanksgiving 2022
We had a wonderful, quiet stay! Ski season just opened so the main lodge was closed which I’m sure cut down on street traffic. But overall a perfect, fully equipped, peaceful place to spend a little weekend Up North. We spent our time at the Sky Bridge, checked out Shorts Brewery and finally explored Charlevoix before heading back to Toledo. Would recommend and visit again. Thanks so much.
