ALL NEW MATRESSES AND BEDDING ON 10/10/23
Recently, our place has gone through a very nice upgrade. New vinyl plank flooring in common area's; fresh paint in common area's; new bathroom faucets and shower heads; upgraded kitchen sink and faucet, and (4) new high-sitting toilets. Plus, all NEW mattresses and bedding.
This large condo has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms, one in the upstairs loft with a king bed/on-suite & sauna, and two bedrooms downstairs with 2 queen beds in one bedroom and queen and double in other bedroom. Both downstairs bedrooms have full baths. We are located in the ideal village setting, literally steps away. The village features (2)restaurants, pub, all just 50 yards away. Lake View Lodge is 100 yards away with indoor/outdoor pool (passes included), fitness room (extra cost), restaurant, and more! The condo has all the amenities including full kitchen w drip coffee maker, dining room, leather furniture, outdoor main deck, decks off bedrooms, cable, 49" smart TV, washer/dryer, and sauna in the loft. Our condo also overlooks the 18th hole at the award-winning Legends Golf Course!
Also included are passes for the Private Beach Club, a beautiful waterfront location to relax and enjoy the lake.

I have been staying in first class places and this one is not 1 class at all ,the old style cooling system was bothering me during our stay ,I wasn't sleeping comfortable and we left the day before the checkout.

Family weekend
My family and i enjoyed our time together here for a long weekend. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to room. Im not sure if that was mentioned in description. Plenty of room for everyone in nice sized bedrooms. Bedroom loft is open to downstairs but still feels fairly private. Nice fireplace and firewood on site. We saw wild turkeys right outside. Overall cleanliness was okay. We did not use the sauna so I cannot comment on that.

We had a great time! Fire wood by the fireplace and door, big rooms, lots of bathrooms, big table for games and dinner, tv with ample channels, good parking, close to tubing and bars on grounds and town. Sauna was fun. Didnā€™t use the big jacuzzi tub. Cleanliness was a little disappointing but maintenance was great for a clogged drain! Kitchen was nice and supplied. Nedā€™s are firm. More living room seating would be nice for big group. Again, we had a fantastic stay!

Comfortable condo for 4 adults and two teens.
Overall the condo was all-equipped. However the heating was difficult to figure out and the maintenance number (and person who responded) was not particularly helpful. Putting a more explicit directions sheet in the information folder would be good. Also it would be good to insure that toilet paper, coffee filters, and some good lighting in the bedrooms was provided.

A great condo for family weekend
This was a great condo to stay in with our family. Two large bedrooms on the main floor and a very large loft bedroom, each with their own bathrooms. The owner, Mike, was very accessible to any questions we had during our stay, responding within minutes. Our grandkids enjoyed swimming at the nearby indoor pool. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but could be cleaner. Overall, we loved staying in this condo and would love to stay there again!

Nice stay and place, but lacking amenities
We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean, easy to find, comfortable, and fun. However, when we arrived we were lacking towels for everyone and lacking toilet paper beyond what was on the holder. We requested more several times and never received a response. That was disappointing. Communication can improve in the future as well as ensuring that basic amenities are provided.

Nice Up North Location with Great Host
Great 2nd floor condo centrally located within an hour of larger cities (Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey). The condo is in good condition and all the beds/pillows are very comfortable. Some things to help make your stay more comfortable: -bring bug spray for sitting on decks -pack extra coffee filters -put bath mat in tub The owner is a great communicator who responds quickly to requests and is super helpful. I will definitely rent from Mike again when we are up north. Thank you!!

Very comfortable place
We had three generations staying very comfortable at the condo. While we did have our signals crossed at times, Mike was always very responsive and we ended up resolving any issues. The kids too full advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools!

Great place. Lots of room for our family. Excellent location ! The only thing I would ask for is maybe adding a blender for the kitchen and some measuring cups and spoons. Thatā€™s minor though. Love love that this home is dog friendly!! Would stay here again

Overall, the stay was fine. I had to sweep the floors as they had debris all over in the living, dining and kitchen. The dining room table had not been wiped up from the prior users. I wish you would remove all the verbiage about "Covid 19" cleanliness from your site and from the Host communications. It is a joke.

Great location, excellent place to stay
While the property is not ski in ski out, it's very close. Maybe 5 minutes or so from drop off areas for the lifts. It's very clean with safe parking and is close to restaurants, the gym, and the tubing area. Communications with the property owner were excellent (and occurred over a very long time...he was extremely flexible). Really enjoyed the stay.

Christmas ski trip
Overall we had a nice time. The layout of the property is great, lots of space for guests. Some things were not working - bathroom shower water and the whirlpool tub and some other minor issues. But the management was responsive when we accidentally locked the bottom lock and couldnā€™t get in. Property is a bit dated but it worked for our family.
