The property is next to a park and ride and there are racers burning out and made backfire noises at night. Sounded like machine guns. Only happened twice but woke me up. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast is decent. Real eggs and fresh fruit. The suite was a good size. Weird closet door configuration and bathroom hardware. Kept bumping into them. Bed and pillows werenā€™t my favorite, but clean and comfy sheets. Good lighting in the bathroom and they have a full length mirror in the suite. Good internet connection and happy for the workstation area and couch. Liked there was a kitchenette. Overall we liked it, and would go back.

Great place to stay. Beautiful room with lots of space. Close to freeway but surprisingly little outside noise. Had a bit of thumping around in the room upstairs: probably a very active little person. Breakfast was wonderful.

This was a great place to stay. The covered and free parking was a huge bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was really nice. Loved having a kitchenette. I wish we could have stayed for breakfast, and look forward to trying it next time. Super convenient location close to the freeway and Bellevue.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! BED BUGS ALL OVER MY LEGS AT 5 AM!! I HAVE VIDEO AND PHOTO EVIDEMCE!!! I complained the ac had issues during our stay, they blew me off even after physically telling front desk in person they didnt fix it until 2 days later. 2 Days. I have video evidence as I was recording everything in the room for safekeeping while I was out. Even a message to their rotten "consumeraffairs@hyatt.com" email I have yet to hear back from, due diligence in vain. My bed linen had a Brown streak on it, it turns out, as I have photo evidence as proof, I will include in this review if allowed, and I found my legs covered in bed bugs in the early morning at 5am, the first night. I reported it to front desk IN PERSON the NEXT DAY, on 10/9 at 8am-9am to GISELLE, front desk staff, SHE LOOKED HALF ASLEEP and nodded, said something inaudible and went back to answering the phone. At checkout the GM Robert was inexplicably rude and unwelcoming to hear my experiemce so I couldnt explain anything. He did NOT allow me. As my video I recorded on my phone shows, he pushed my luggage cart outside and said we're done, we're done. For no apparent reason. Before refunding ONLY 1 NIGHT. 1 NIGHT. I was calm and didnt say a word, as my recording shows. THE WHOLE TIME. This RUNDOWN, DARE I SAY HOTEL, should be SHUT DOWN. I WILL REPORT THE BED BUGS INCIDENT TO FTC, www.atg.wa.gov AND BBB WITH GRADE F !!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!

My husband was rushed to an emergency room the night before our stay and as soon as we could contact the hotel we did, informing them that our trip had to be cancelled. The staff member was rude and combative when we asked if a manager was available. Never experienced such poor customer service at a Hyatt.
