The first impression of walking inside the building property was the smell of smoke in the main area. Our room's door lock wasn't able to properly lock due to a positional error.

Hotel room was dirty i had to wipe up sink. I asked for towels when house keeping came, they handed me the towels and house keeping never came to pick up dirty towels. People living in hotel permanantly. We didnt sleep both nights from noise of people leaving hotel permanant residents all night. Pot smell in hallways most of the time. I recommend expedia take this hotel off your list. Pool was dirty also we didnt want to get in it.

Okay stay but won’t stay again.
Checked into the room and there was a styrofoam cup with water on the table. The blankets look worn out. The towels were clean but need replacing. The hotel was “clean” but definitely needs an update. Really small parking lot which is difficult with my SUV and trailer. No one available at the desk for checkout or breakfast.

one of the worst hotels
I called the hotel about the payment policy and was told that they will charge my card at checkout. When I checked in they required full payment at check in. Was told by another person that they always required full payment at check in. The had no luggage carts. The hot tub was dirty it looked like it had sand or dirt on the bottom and when the jets were on the water was real cloudy. The towel rack was broken when i got to the room. The breakfast was advertised to have waffles and fresh fruit but only had cereal. The beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. I was so unhappy with the hotel i checked out and went hone the next day instead of staying the weekend.

The staff was prompt to help. The place is just old. The bathroom smelled. The instructions for the in room hottub could not be seen well behind the door. The hottub didn’t work. It was quiet. The bed was super comphy.

We were in town to visit family. The location was good, but that was about it. We had 2 rooms, for two nights. Neither room was cleaned after the first night. we were able to get some clean towels for the second night. The lobby had a funky smell, but was by the pool, so could accept that. But the rooms also smelled musty. There was very little staff, it appeared that a husband and wife duo were trying to run the whole place with maybe a few employees. Thinking that any staff they had moved to the new Holiday Inn. We would have as well had we not already paid for the second night. Price was very reasonable though, but in this case we got what we paid for.

Room was not terrible really bad pain job in rooms and paint in tub and on the floor. asked before checking in if pool worked was told yes but both hot tub and pool were not working.. THe hot tub was completely drained which they did say was not working but the pool had not heat and temperature even in the pool room was about 20 degrees colder than the rest of the hotel and the water was colder than that. would guess the temp of the pool was 60 degrees or less. the pool heaters were in boxes in the lobby. when we checked in there was no staff to check in we had to call for them to come down to meet us. then the key we were given didnt even open the pool area so we had to call again to get service again were not told there was no heat in pool. THe continental breakfast was a bit of cereal and a gallon of milk shared by all guests but no bowls for the cereal. coffee was fine. I will NEVER go to that facility again and will let everone know not to use that place as they misled us with saying the pool was working.

This place was awful. It was so incredibly dirty. Im not very picky, but it was obvious the room hadnet been cleaned before us. They advertise the breakfast as having waffles with toast and muffins. Again, i dont have high standards but i dont consider moldy fruit and stale cereal acceptable. There was no employees to check us in or out. We had to call someone. There were so manybexpised wites in both the hall and room. 0/10
