This is a beautiful hotel that was once a monastery. The food was good, but breakfast is not a buffet as stated when I booked. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and I found 2 long hairs (1 in the shower and 1 on pillow before I laid down). Otherwise, we loved this hotel and the beautiful Belmonte castle seen from most of the rooms. Dinner was affordable and really good. We would definitely stay there again.

Habia una boda, y ellos me avisaron con antelaciĆ³n, no fue demasiado ruidosa porque estĆ”bamos en una habitaciĆ³n alejada. AdemĆ”s me escribieron avisando. Debido a la boda, no habĆ­a ni servicio de restaurante ni cafeterĆ­a ni servicio habitaciones. Puedo aceptarlo porque me avisaron y eso dice mucho de ellos, pero no comprendo que un hotel de ese calibre no deje un servicio mĆ­nimo de sandwiches o cualquier cosa. O al menos que te compensen con un descuento o con un extra por no tener servicio de cocina...es lo que yo hubiese hecho. El desayuno es agradable y correcto, no siendo muy espabilado el camarero, pero tampoco resulta incomodo, ejemplo: le pedĆ­ si tienen aceite de oliva, como en cualquier hotel de EspaƱa, se encogiĆ³ de hombros, y me dijo "no". El staff en general muy agradable y correcto. Aun con todo, la experiencia fue buena, y le doy un notable y lo recomendarĆ­a, por su arquitectura y su ubicaciĆ³n.

Wonderful hotel,very interesting and different ,recently constructed on an old castle which has been incorporated in its construction. Good location to visit Belmonte castle which you can see from the hotel. Only 30 mins drive to Campo de Criptana to see the windmills. There are limited restaurants in the town,but many bars which do a great variety of tapas,in particular try The piscina bar at the municipal swimming pool / park..

El hotel es precioso, un antiguo Palacio, y estĆ” bien ubicado para visitar el castillo. Por otro lado, tiene poco personal, y tardan muchisimo en todo, ademas no respetan sus propios horarios, no se aclaran con las reservas, bastante desastre.... bajamos a tomar algo a la cafeteria a las 4, pobe que cierra a las 5, pero nos dijeron que no nos podian dar nada, si acaso una bebida... quisimos reservar mesa para cenar y no estaban seguros de poder hacer la reserva porque no sabian cuantas reservas tenian ya.... todo un poco dejado. Por la zona en general la misma sensaciĆ³n, no se si porque era fiesta alli, pero todo cerrado y muy pocas ganas de atender a la gente.

Fuimos buscando un lugar tranquilo con piscina para pasar unos dias de relax, y nos tocĆ³ ir a la piscina municipal. En la del hotel habĆ­a una plaga de avispas increible. Al parecer, son conocedores del problema pero no se hacen con ella. Tras un primer intento y 3 picaduras, decidimos no volver a usarla.
