This hotel is in an excellent place for seeing Málaga. We did get an upgrade but I preferred the room I had last time it was quieter. The pool area can get very cramped in the busy months.

Such a comfy stay
It was a short stay but the room was excellent. We were on the top most floor and had a beautiful skylight. The room was spacious and very clean and had all needed amenities. The staff was excellent and prompt with all of our needs. The location was beautiful as well! Would definitely stay again.

My mum and I have never been made to feel more unwelcome before. We checked in and went to the rooftop pool. My mum was asked by a woman that works there “do you belong to this hotel?” and she then went and said something to her male colleague about my mum. I am disgusted at how she spoke to my mum and made her feel unwelcome and awkward and that she doesn’t belong to the hotel after paying £253/night to stay there. Everytime my mum ordered anything she was given dirty looks by your female colleague who would then speak in Spanish about my mum to her male colleague. Furthermore the pool shown in the pictures is deceiving it is a small dipping pool where anyone can walk in from the street can come up to the rooftop bar and stand around you at the pool- not what I expected and not what I paid for. We have never felt more uncomfortable. Furthermore, my mums bed sheets were dirty, I had to ask the maid for fresh sheets and she apologised. The shower was also dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel- this is a 3 star hotel at best. Most of the staff are rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant. We will not be returning. Completely ruined our holiday. I have never stayed in a hotel like it before.
